I started working out with Nate in 2016, when he was offering a special 6-week fall fitness program and decided to continue working out with him. I really enjoy the workouts, which he crafts daily, because they are diverse and work every muscle group. The workouts can be as challenging as you can handle, and he gives alternative exercises, in case there is a physical issue or you're just starting out. The groups are very mixed with advanced people and beginners, like me, and everyone is very friendly and supportive. Whatever your goal is--weight loss, weight gain, toning, general fitness, etc.--Nate has a workout for you. I was skeptical coming in, but I'm so thankful that I did. Nathan is awesome. He understands my goals and helps give me the push I need to get there, one workout at a time. The workouts have a lot of variety so I don't feel like I'm in a routine. I finally feel like I'm working toward my goal instead of just working out aimlessly. I have been coming to Jackhammer Strength Training for over 2 years now. I can't say enough about the positive effects training there has had in my life! I have lost 50 pounds and even more important than that I have become incredibly stronger than I ever thought I could. I love coming to Nate's gym it always starts my day out right and I actually enjoy my workouts! I think the variety is one of my favorite things about Jackhammer. Nate is always changing things up and continues to challenge me.
