Phil & Danny were FANTASTIC!!! Their quote was far less than all others; not because they are amateurs or because they do 2nd rate work, but because they believe in treating people right. They have several years of experience with a local flooring company and they are good at what they do. They are professional, courteous, respectful. and prompt in responding to my request for a quote and in arriving to work. I can't think of anything that would have made this a better experience! If anybody wants a carpet fix you really should call Phil before anybody else I know he's going to do the job better than anyone else and it's going to cost you way less than anybody else I been looking for someone to fix my carpet for over a month but everybody wanted to charge me way over my budget when I called Phil he solved my problem he was at my house in less than half an hour did a professional amazing job and cleaned after himself for a great price if I need any more carpet work I am going to call Phil thank you for your great work

Phillip responded to my request within one hour and was at my house to provide an estimate within 24 hours. He then scheduled and completed the job within 72 hours from my initial request. He was professional, performed excellent work (had to repad and restretch carpeting) and gave me a very fair price.
I will definitely use Tap Out Carpet Services again and recommend without reservation to anyone else as well.
