- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All my prices are fixed, so that you know up front what the costs are.There are no hidden fees that surprise you. I provide all receipts and actual parts that I have removed, so you can see what work was completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon recieving my bid , Call me and we can talk about your repair. I do not receive any information from Thumbtack so you have to initiate contact either thru a message or a phone call. My number should be listed with my bid. I hope we can do business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I trained and became A+ certified that is the standard license for computer repair. I began computer repair in the early 1980's while working on computer integrated Bombers in the Air Force. I always keep my training current because new things are always coming out and I like to be at the forefront of technology.
