Scheduled an appointment with Sam a few weeks ago to find out what was going on with our desktop PC. We had it for a few years, bought brand new, but only got a few months of use out of it before it wouldn't even power on...Sam came out as scheduled, took a look and cleaned up the system. He stated that it booted up for him just fine. I was shocked because it hadn't turned on for us in years...Said to let the clean up finish and we'd be good to go, if we weren't he would come back out. Well we still arent able to use the PC. I mean it does turn on now, but other than that its a paper weight...I called him last week to report the problem and he scheduled another appt for that Wednesday, but pulled a no call no show. I tried again just today 5/11/16 and he said he didn't write the appt down and he'd be here tonight at 7pm. Another No Call No Show!!! Now he won't even answer the phone. Will not try again and have called everyone that I did recommend to tell them NOT to do business with him. There is nothing I hate more than not sticking to your word. Yes his service is affordable, but I'd rather spend more knowing its going to be done right and on schedule!!!May 12, 2016Samuel T.'s reply
We never scheduled any further appointments for this customer, we found her to be dishonest about the state of her computer after completed reviews. Your computer never showed the issues you mentioned. It wasn't running slow and booting windows normally. I investigated the issue and found no cause for non booting. I did find viruses and removed all of them, cleaned temporary files, checked for suspicious programs, ensured the system was running fast and smoothly. Among other routine steps I take for virus removal. The Disk Defragmenter that I needed you to leave running isn't cleaning but it optimizes hard drive performance. Sorry you don't trust our work, good luck with other companies.
I did not get what I asked for, I just got spyware removed for forty dollars. It would have been extra for me to get my hardware increased, which is what I originally asked for.Oct 30, 2015VerifiedSamuel T.'s reply
We get a lot of calls asking if the $40 rate includes parts, it does not. Parts are additional to the $40 rate, it costs for $40 to perform labor on your system, and parts are whatever they cost. Although your appointment wasn't for virus removal I suspected viruses on your system and I let you know that I was going to check for viruses before I started, and I informed you that it would be included. Most companies charge separately for adding RAM or hardware, and virus removal. But we do multiple services for $40 total, parts and travel additional.

I had a very positive experience. Samuel brought a keyboard to replace the malfunctioning one in my laptop. Once he took it apart, he discovered that the malfunction was actually due to loose connections. He repaired the connections and only charged me for the work he did. He did a good job communicating, showed up when promised and fixed the problem in less than an hour. So much better than dropping off at big box electronic store and waiting 2 weeks it to be fixed. I provide the fee and any information I have at the time regarding any issues or needs. Since we are mobile only I only need the customer to provide their name and address.
