I bought a house that was in bad enough shape that even my realtor advised against it. When Steve came out to do the estimate, his assessment of what was needed matched what the inspector I hired had told me was needed, and his prices were reasonable. The remodel, which was pretty extensive, was completed on time, and within budget, and the quality of his work was top-notch. It has been over a year and a half since he completed the remodel, and I am still satisfied with the work that was done. The work he did on this house include waterproofing the basement, laying hardwood, drywall repair, painting, installed a large wrap around deck and privacy fence, and uncountable minor repairs. He also supervised the subcontractors that installed the furnace, central air, hot water heater and the certified mold remediation company. I was so impressed with his work, I had him remodel another house I own to get it ready to rent out. That remodel included a complete kitchen remodel, new furnace and central air, painting drywall repairs, as well as numerous minor repairs. Not only do I highly recommend him to others, he is the only one I call when I need work done.

Steve is trustworthy, professional,and his quality of work is outstanding.! We have a older home and had not remolded for quite a long time.My husband and I waned to stay in our home but steps was becoming a problem. Steve helped us cure that and have a up dated home that would sell if we wanted too. We had a complete kitchen remodel and added a bath and laundry room to our first floor. We expanded our kitchen by removing a wall between it and our dining room. Steve was very easy to work with and willing to explain, advise and answer our questions. When we ran in to surprises, or wanted to change something he was fantastic about how to deal with them. He always tried to give us the best quality and yet keep the prices down. We were always impressed by how he and his crew always cleaned up daily. When you came home even with all that was going on, they kept the areas cleared and safe.Our neighbors also commended how pleasant the crew was and how they were careful not to block or interfere with their area.We did run into a couple problems. They were not Steve's problem but things that over the years had developed in our home.Together we worked through them. The time took a little longer but only because we had to change or added some things.Steve always went above and beyond! Our experience with Steve was great! He is dong some other projects for us.

This was our first experience working with a contractor and we couldnât be more pleased with how the entire process panned out. Steve is great at communication whether it be text, a quick phone call or meeting in person. The projects were completed in a timely fashion and within the agreed upon price. The work space was cleaned each night and tools/equipment were out of our way, which was nice because the majority of the work was done right off our kitchen. The finished product is phenomenal. Every time I walk into the bathroom, Iâm blown away by how good it turned out! Below is what weâve had Steve and his crew complete thus far: -Tear out old backsplash and replace with new mosaic tile. Replace/update electrical outlets. -Install 4 ceiling fans (with remote) in the bedrooms. Reroute/update wiring in the attic. -Demo of old, tiny two piece half bath and nook area. Raise the floor, reframe, drywall, rough in new plumbing and electrical, pour new shower pan, tile floor/shower, install heated floors, shower doors, vanity and much more. We have many other projects/updates that need completed in our old home (built in mid-1920âs) and we canât wait to get on Steveâs schedule. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a contractor.

I bought my first home almost a year ago! It needed a lot of work done in a short amount of time due to me having a baby! Steve was always in touch keeping me informed on the things he thought would look good and my opinions on everything. His work took about a week in a half/two weeks which was right on time! His quality was amazing and I would deffinitly recommend his work to anyone who is remodeling!
