- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive and more than likely can't be beat by the bigger players due to lower overall expenses. We offer discounts when multiple services or products are purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will collect your information over the phone and set-up time for one of our technicians to come out and look at your garage. We can then provide an estimate on the spot, whether you're needing a repair or new door. Almost all repairs can be done same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tech has been in the Garage Door trade for over 15 years. He has experience with residential and commercial doors and there is nothing that can stump him!
