  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have flat rates for certain services but many are custom quotes determined by the exact conditions and details of the job.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Making a personal phone call or email and figuring out exactly what the customer needs done. Then we will determine whether or not we can perform the service and how much it would cost. Then we schedule the service appointment.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    This started out as a family business. My business partner and I worked together under my uncle who owned the company. We bought the company recently but have been doing the same work for a combined 18 years.
