Excellent experience with Bill!! This was my first time and needed a plumber immediately for a leaking bathroom sink faucet and he responded within few minutes which is really appreciated. I am extremely happy with his services. He's very professional, cleaned the area after completing the job & helped me pick the right equipment that was needed. This is a true professional that takes pride in his work. I had him do some plumbing work for me about 2 months ago or so and this morning it started to leak and soaked my floor. I called him and told him that tomorrow would be fine to come because he was out of town up at the lake and he cut his weekend short and rushed back to Columbus to fix my problem.
