- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually it depends on the project, This is especially true since no two projects are alike.. My goal is to provide quality service at a fair price to prospective clients. Factors include the extent of the project, square footage, are we using the client furniture or the stagers. Travel & having additional help for a project is also kept in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be to view the property and, with their permission, to take photos and provide them with an in-depth report on decluttering and going through a checklist of items that need to be taken care of prior to putting their home on the market. Based on the consultation, I can do as much or as little as the client needs depending on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an ASP certification / accreditation for home staging which also gives me an in-depth education on interior design, organization and making a home look its very best. Especially for the staging aspect, my job is to create less stress for a seller or a landlord looking to sell or rent their property and for more money.
