John arrived about 1/2 hour late due to completion of an earlier project that was larger than anticipated. He went straight to work and did a very good job cleaning our driveway and sidewalks.

John is a trustworthy service provider who issued a very competitive quote for the services rendered and completed the task on time and on budget. The end result was fantastic.....a very clean exterior of my house and a power washed deck that looks better than I have ever seen it. We will be using JLOC on a consistent basis going forward.
