- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know about our pricing is that we are à family-owned business so we tried to equalize the prices with the bigger companies however due to the pandemic a lot of the prices has raised so we try to stay at an average where is not too high for the customer and not too low for our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process to working with the new customer is I would have range an appointment I’ll give them a list of all work with the quote and the range day for the deep cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this line of business for a long time so I have a lot experience and also I’ve been educated on how to clean the house well enough for my clients to be satisfied with the cleaning.
