We do a thorough needs evaluation for each of our clients; this is what determines the correct product and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them and what they're trying to accomplish, then gather the pertinent information and get to work helping them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do at least 24 credits of continuing education every two years; most times we wind up with several more hours in the course of staying on top of our industry.
