FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to price the jobs individually in order to provide the most accurate cost. I itemize the pricing by line item so that you can see how the pricing comes together. Estimates and quotes are always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting should take place at the home, business, or wherever the work will be taking place in order to best assess the project and get a thorough understanding of what the customer is looking for. This establishes an open line of communication, begins building a level of trust, and provides the best means of gathering information in order to accurately price the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in construction management and have worked in the construction business for 20 years. OSHA 30 hour card, Lead Renovators Certification, and Lead Firm Certification (for working in homes and businesses that were constructed prior to 1978).
