Introduction: My focus is small business coaching and career coaching for those in transition. I have a Job Coaching certification through Catalyft Success Systems. For over 12 years, I have successfully worked with various firms to increase their sales by interviewing, scheduling, organizing events as well as building and managing my teams to the next level. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on a case by case basis. We tailor our coaching based on a clients need and budget. We do offer discounted packages if prepaid 12 months in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a short consultation call to understand their challenges and for us to see if we are a good fit. If so, we outline a plan of action and schedule our next session. These are done remotely or via Zoom calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Business degree, Masters degree, and a Small Business Coaching certificate through Catalyft Success Systems. In addition, I have 15+ years of training, sales, management and coaching.
