- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are set, and I don’t offer discounts. There is a travel fee of $40 an hour if I travel more than 30 minutes outside of downtown Columbus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can book a meeting directly on my site. We’ll sit down and chat and I’ll collect the information needed on my end. If you want a trial before signing the work contract it is considered a full price service (good to utilize for a date night, engagement party etc). If you sign the contract the trial is free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing makeup ever since seventh grade dances, and did my first wedding at 14. I’ve had my advanced Esthetics license since 2007 and worked for a major cosmetic brand for almost 8 years.
