Introduction: My goal is to motivate you to be the best you possible. I take a more educational approach to fitness than most. My clients learn how important form is and how to move their bodies with proper form doing a variety of exercises and functional movements. After only one session, a client should be more knowledgeable about fitness and how the human body is made to move. Everyone is different, I like that. My back probably hurts for an entirely different reason than yours. But fitness training and massage therapy are holistic ways to address 99% of issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continued my Education with the subject of Primal Reflex Release Technique.A nervous system focused technique that has incredible results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Teaching School was Plan A, I went with Plan B. I plan to be a teacher when I'm in my 40's.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often, I travel to homes and give 60-90 minute massages. I bring my own massage table and sheet sets. One client requested I give the massage on her back porch, the weather was perfect for it.
