Just take away my $65. Never hire them !!!! Hello Miss Sun, I told you that I would contact you by today.. you have not allowed me to work out the changes, that you continued to make.. First, you said move a small amount of items on a agreed date, then you changed the date. After, the rescheduled date then you changed the service- to cleaning your garage sink.. Then after the agreed change of task, you changed the service to massive junk removal... Then after I explained, that more crew would be needed to remove the additional junk... And to allow me to schedule the new task with added crew and that I would let you know on today September 19th- you proceeded to demand and rush the pending NEW schedule and task to be done.. As well as posting, a NEGATIVE unnecessary review. Nevertheless, by rescheduling and changing the task multiple times- is why a cancellation fee is in place. However, if you wish to be refunded.. by ALL means- please request it via PayPal and dispute the validity of the mutual agreement or continue to work with me. As I have- assisting you for your task. We have multiple customers and we can't just RUSH to your indecision everytime you expect us to. I am very sorry... That you feel this way- I have only tried to be flexible and professional with your request. Thanks again! Please let me know... Whichever way you choose to handle this unfortunate issue?
