Chef Kibby’s menu selections are incredible. Her recipes are creative and delicious! The mashed parsnips had us believing we were eating creamy mashed potatoes! 😋

Chef Kirby's food was delicious. Setup was scheduled at 3:30 for a 4:00pm event and Chef arrived at 4:17pm. Chef contacted me at 3:30 to let me know they would arrive at 4:30 and I had them remove an item from the menu so they could arrive sooner. In doing so, the 2 bags of ice requested did not get purchased. I had assumed plates, napkins, & cutlery would be provided, but they were not. I keep a bag of those items as a backup for events and all beverages had been chilled prior to the event. Chef was only requested to setup, yet stayed to make sure all needs were met. All attendees raved about the food and those things are what changed my review from 3 to 4 stars. I will use Chef Kirby again and will make sure to specify exactly what items are needed and be explicit about setup times and punctuality.

Chef Kibby was great! She made a beautiful meal and was very understanding when our 20 month old daughter got sick while she was preparing our meal. She knew being a parent comes first and was able to pack up everything up for us. Will definitely work with her again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First finding out what occasion the event is for then asking what type of food cuisines they are interested in. Also, If there are any food allergies or any dietary restrictions needed for their clients. Then find out there budget and if I'm able to cater the event based the cuisines desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Culinary Institute at Bradford schools Servsafe license in food safety and sanitation.
