Introduction: I focus on Strictly one on one training! You never have to worry about being on your own. We are together every minute of every session.....NEVER less than 60 minute session. We focus on your individual needs and fitness level. I give you the motivation and accountability you need, while giving you the education to continue your fitness quest. What I love about my job is seeing that client that comes in for an initial workout, with a lack of confidence, doubt, and physically, not where they want to be. Within a few weeks, their posture is better, muscle definition is obvious, self-confidence is evident, and their overall health and mentality has increased without measure!
