Learn something new every day, the body is ever changing so its so vital to continue to learn and remain on top of that. As well as always looking at new workout combinations, putting certain things together
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has always felt like a calling card for me. The idea of helping others is so rewarding and on top of that studying and understanding the human body is fascinating, constantly learning new things!!

Creating workouts, offering meal plan advice, actual training with clients.
