Introduction: As a personal trainer, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life. Within my career, I have helped many of my clients reach their goals in a short period of time and my overall success rate is extremely high. From the athlete looking to perform better at their sport to the busy body who is looking to do nothing more than to sculpt, maintain or get into shape, I have left behind various testimonies of success which has helped me maintain my business since 2013. With this in mind, I would like to share a testimony from a former client of mine Jen Nojak before her move out of state. " So beyond THRILLED with my results the last two months! I've been buckling down with my weight loss to get back on track and prepare for surgery {tomorrow!}. In the last 2 months, I've lost 15 pounds. As far as inches, I've now lost 3.5" in my chest, 3" in my waist, 2.5" abdomen, and 3" in my hips. I'm so excited! I feel amazing and am officially at my lowest weight to date. I joined Title Boxing Club just a little over 2 months ago, and started working with a new trainer one on one. I go to boxing classes 4-6 days a week, and do a private session with my trainer 1-2 times a week, and he kicks my ass and pushes me out of my comfort zone. I'm obsessed with boxing and working out, and can't wait to continue after I recover and keep making progress toward my goals." What I mostly enjoy about personal training is the satisfaction I get from my clients after working with them. Just like any profession which involves creativity, I consider training a work of art in progress. Working other people out not only gives me the opportunities to exercise my professional knowledge and share my valuable information with my clients, but rather reflect upon the amount of work, progress and time it too to reach their goals. I am incredibly enthusiastic about what I do and it is almost as if I can envision their goals before they even occur. In summary, I have a passion for exercise/fitness and most of all I enjoy contributing everything that I know about it with people who are driven to experience a great change in their lives.

Sebastian is an awesome trainer. He's very passionate about fitness and martial arts and will push you beyond your expectations. I've been working with him for a while now and I can honestly say that I recommend him over anyone! If you want to get in shape, adopt a healthy lifestyle and learn from an experienced professional then Sebastian is the person you want to talk to.
