No matter what shape you're in or experience you have in training, Tyson can work with you and get you on the right track.Jun 20, 2017Verified
I'm a mother of two who decided it was finally time to get in shape. I hired Tyson to help me get tone and build strength. Tyson really listened to my goals and has designed the workouts around my needs. There was no initial pressure to sign up, and I was able to make my own schedule once started. While challenging, I do enjoy the workouts and feel better overall.Aug 24, 2016Verified
Tyson takes the time to really understand your fitness goals and over the first few sessions figures out where your weaknesses are and what will help have better posture doing the workouts. Looking forward to continuing to work with him.Aug 23, 2016Verified
Tyson is an excellent trainer – he takes the time to understand your fitness goals and tailors every training session to uniquely fit your needs and abilities. By varying the workouts, and taking the time to get to know his clients and what motivates them, he actually makes it fun and the time flies by! It’s clear to see why so many of his clients have successfully reached their fitness goals – I highly recommend working with him!Jul 3, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My training programs consist of 3, 6, and 12, month commitments. the longer the commitment and more frequent the session, the lower the cost will be per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is an in person meeting, to get to know the client, their goals, limitations, abilities, etc. Then, for the first couple workouts, there will be a learning curve where most of the exercises will be taught, and the client will be able to get a workout in, while learning the exercises. After that the sessions get increasingly more difficult, while achieving efficient results, tailored to the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Training.
