Personal training is something I had contemplated for years but was reluctant to try. Fear of the unknown, looking foolish and having to discuss my body issues with someone who made their living in the fitness world was enough to keep me complacent and overweight; then I found Radu. To my surprise, his one on one attention, professionalism and passion for his work put me at ease. A year later, I've lost many inches/pounds, feel healthier and actually look forward working out; something I would have never imagined a year ago. Now I couldn't imagine working out with anyone else. Although I've never trained with another trainer, I can confidently say Radu is the BEST!!! He will help you deliver the results you've always wanted but haven’t been able to achieve on you own. I love my results and people notice!

Radu makes workouts (kinda) fun! Workouts are always well planned and organized, and there's a great variety from session to session. Throughout the workout, Radu constantly watches for correct form, complete motion, stretch and proper posture. The T&R studio is always clean, well maintained and well equipped. T&R training is definitely a great value for the cost!

Radu knows what he is doing and does a good analysis on where you are in the first few sessions. Continuing session build up core strength to get to the point to meet the goals that you want.

Radu is awesome! He motivates and challenges you are each and every workout. Plus he keeps a very close attention to food intake and offers solutions. His studio is small but wow he knows how to come up with workouts that are tough. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to loose weight, gain muscle or just to get in shape.

I started working with Radu for around 4 months now, my first time truly entering the fitness world. He has helped me lose around 30lbs and become more fit. We have worked on changing my eating habits to better fit into what my first set of goals. He changes up the workouts each time so it is a new adventure each time we meet.     1-1 Training, semi-private training, nutritional consulting. I generally work with people who want to lose weight, build muscle, endurance and develop a strong and effective workout routine.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I recommend finding a trainer who has the personality you feel like you can relate to. For an exercise program to be effective, you must learn to trust and be able to relate to your trainer. Results are much more realistic if your trainer understands your needs.
