Pricing is based on our three different services: - Dog Walking - Pet Sitting - Cat Sitting For each of these services, we offer Quick, Standard & Long service durations. Please visit our website to see descriptions and pricing for each type and duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We realize you're a busy bee and your to-do list is a long one, so we've worked to make our client onboarding process EASY PEEZY! New clients can get started by clicking any of the Sign Up buttons on our website. From there, they'll be redirected to a login page. New clients can click "Create a New Account" off to the right. Once they're signed in, they will receive an email (and an in-system message) that details 3 simply tasks to complete: 1) Entering personal information 2) Entering pet information 3) Scheduling a FREE meet n greet After that's complete, they can look forward to booking regular services with our team!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a pretty extensive training process in place for our employees. Upon hiring, we perform a 4-day-long field training that ends with a final assessment. Our team members are required to follow checklists for the work they perform for clients. This ensures that regardless of the specific team member that's completing work with pets provides consistency in deliverability. Every month, we do check-in calls and trivia games with our team that ensures they are staying up to date on all the latest info necessary to successfully completing their work. Overall, we truly work hard to empower our employees to be the BEST and most relevant, reliable, and knowledgable pet care technicians around!
