I am 100% pleased with this company's service. The owner is great and attentive. The 2 walkers that work with my dog are consistently great at what they do. They genuinely care about my dog and clearly love spending time with her. I get multiple pictures and detailed reports each day on the walk and how she is doing. My dog is older and they are great about paying attention to her needs. These folks go above and beyond and are a joy to work with. I can’t begin to express how much I love this company, Benny and his crew are the best!!! They go above and beyond for my Dog Mia. They keep me updated about their visit and send me pictures, I just love knowing my Dog is getting such wonderful care while I’m at work! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on our four different services: - Dog Walking - Pet Sitting - Cat Sitting - Puppy Care Within these four services, we offer Quick, Standard & Long service types. Please refer to our website at myhandsnpaws.com to see descriptions and pricing details. **We do have a Monthly Standard Dog Walking Package as well as Vacation Discounts to offer to our lovely clients!**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We realize you're a busy bee and your to-do list is a long one, so we've worked to make our client onboarding process EASY PEEZY! Soon as you reach out with an inquiry or interest in our services, we respond within an hour during normal business hours. Then, we invite you to create an account in our client software (if you haven't already). Clients can get to our software by visiting our website and clicking any of the "Get Started" tabs or "Book Now" in the upper-right hand corner of the site. Once in the software, clients should create a new account, complete all the required fields, and then book their *FREE* Meet N Greet with a team member. Someone then comes out to meet you & yours and to show you what we're all about- our brand's power!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have a pretty extensive training process in place for our employees. Upon hiring, we perform a 4-day long field training that ends with a final assessment. Our team members are required to complete checklists for the work they perform, so that there's consistency across the board with us. Each month, we do check-in calls for refreshers and to work out any kinks or questions our employees might have within their fieldwork. Each quarter, we hold in-person meetings and trainings in which we invest in learning about topics that grow our knowledge-base and capabilities as pet care providers. Examples include: Pet First Aid & CPR, keeping up with modern pet care trends, etc. We work to empower our employees to be the BEST and most relevant pet care people around!
