FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For some things we do, but some jobs have to be priced according to what is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer first and find out exactly what what they want. Depending on the project, look at the project area and come up with an idea of what is needed to make it happen. Agree on a price that works for both of us, set a start date!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JDB Everything has been helping people build the things they want or need done out of necessity for 5 years now. I started framing houses at 18, learned the basics of how houses are built and loved doing it! I went on to commercial and residential painting in New Albany, were I worked on the show homes and really got an appreciation for detail. I did apartment maintenance for 5 years really learning the ins and outs of repair work and dealing with people. I also learned about the ordering of parts, cost and prices to install. I opened my own company about 5 years ago and have really enjoyed it, it gives me a lot of flexibility in how I get to operate with the customer. We deal with all aspects of building and repairing things, so you quickly learn to size up projects at a glance. I look forward to speaking with you and have a blessed day.
