Our property manager is a former CPA and an 11-year retail commercial broker, and our staff members have a minimum of 8 years of retail commercial experience.     Understanding the fees property managers charge is important and you'll find most are within a certain range. However, understanding what's provided is more important. Most property management firms simply take the account then sit back collect rents, log expenses, and deal with issues as they arise. We're different. First we use industry leading software to track everything. If we have a phone call with a tenant a copy of that log goes into their digital folder within the system. We want to know the tenants on a personal level so we can be proactive regarding issues. We spend time at the site making sure we know everything that is going on.
