Competitive pricing. We know every client is different. We will work with you to find your perfect price point for what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduction with client 2. Find out what the client's needs/issues are 3. Find out what the client's idea are to satisfy their needs/issues 4. Give the client ideas on how we would approach their needs/issues 5. Gather all the information from above and form an ideal solution. Present solution to client. 6. Discuss pricing with the client 7. Implement Solution following the agile methodology. ( keeping the client involved during the whole process so we can give them the solution they want ). 8. Once the client has approved of the final solution - give them the keys to the castle. - any training they would want with the new software. 9. Layout a maintenance plan and pricing - Continue to stay in touch - making sure the customer is always satisfied with our product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started our career off in consulting. Both myself and my partner have left consulting for other professions. We are looking to make a come back into the business.
