All the work was great! Looks perfect! My only comment would be that it was a pretty big job that seemed like it would take a while. The plumbers who arrived (2 men) did not arrive until 1 pm. They indicated that the work vehicle was in repair that morning. I’m my opinion the job should have been rescheduled because it was not completed until 9:45pm.

Technician tried to tell me that we had to replace cast-iron piping for PVC because of the flange. Did not try to use cast-iron flange or other flanges that exist on the market to avoid having to replace all pipe, it was clear he wanted to take a simple job and make it more complicated to charge me more

Hi Christopher, thanks so much for the feedback. After further investigation into this job, it appeared that you had removed the toilet flange before our technician had arrived onsite. Once our tech had looked at your issue, he explained that he needed a transition in order to connect the flange to the defective cast iron piping below the correct way, and then at that time he was told to get out of your home. After speaking with our management team, he was correct in his job actions and if he hadn't done it the correct way, it wouldn't maintain. I do apologize that you felt he was trying to make it a more compliacated job and charge you more, but I assure you that wasn't his goal. We at Apex value all of our customers. Jason did a great job with fixing the toilet valve system. He got good knowledge about the plumbing system and explained me the problem of the leakage and resolved it. He even installed the bidet system on the toilet .

Email receipt said an shower head was installed but that is nit what was done. A washer was installed cause base was leaking. Was not pleased. I feel I was overcharged

They will “complete” the job but won’t care how they do it or whether you are satisfied. We had to reschedule our install after a no show no call. I should have known the type of quality and service we would receive based on that interaction would not be top notch. That is my mistake for giving them the benefit of the doubt, I won’t make that mistake again. The drain stopper was “connected” but the actual piece was broken either during or after installation upon inspection of the job. If you are paying for a professional to install I would expect professional installation. I should have done it myself.
