Introduction: I go the extra mile without charging you extra for it. Every one of my computer services includes a system tune up and driver update. If I have to open up your laptop or desktop case I always clean out the inside - blowing out the dust bunnies adds life to your computer and saves you from premature hardware failure. I do this for for my love of computers and technlogy, not because this is just a way to make money. I'm not trying to get rich, I'd rather save you money and get your problem solved in the process.
My favorite part is when a client brings me a 10 year old computer on it's last leg and they decide to buy a brand new custom. I love the "wow factor" they experience when they realize they don't have to wait 10 minutes for their computer to boot up and documents and programs pop right up when you click on them. The short answer would be, as cheesy as it sounds, having my customers leave 100% satisfied.
