- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always do my best to work within the budget at hand. In addition to that, I will always be upfront and honest about the cost of materials and the time it will take to complete a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require an initial meeting, either by phone or in person. This way we can get to know one another and make sure the creative connection is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Pastry Arts Degree. I have been working in my field for 20+ years. All in the food industry. I love to cook and to bake and do both very well. I am classically French trained, as well as in cake decorating and all manors of full scale catering.
