- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love performing weddings. With that said, I usually discount the below rates. This is used when my couples combine packages. I'm don't do weddings to get rich, I have been in a service industry my whole life and I love it. The following is a list of items I offer to my couples. I have them individually to allow you to build your own package. I am open to suggestions to make your day perfect. It's your day and I want what you want. Item #1 Brief elopement ceremony. $175 Item #2 Ceremonies other than elopement. $175 Item #3 Pre-Marriage Counselling. Per session. $20 Item #4 Rehearsal starting at $20 Item #5 Help with vows Included Item #6 Wedding and/or reception planning consult Free Item #7 Wedding and/or reception planning TBD
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being hired I will have an introductory chat or text as we get to know each other a bit. I will collect your fiance name, your address(es) and email. Also information about your wedding. I will mail you three papers, contract (boring) and two kinda fun questionnaires about you and your fiance. I ask that you return them to me as soon as you can. I can also email the papers to you if you request. Now I will start working on your ceremony.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A co-worker asked me to officiate her wedding. She didn’t get married, unfortunately, but I received my ministry shortly after I was asked. I have always loved weddings and love so I decided I would offer my services to others.
