- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do, a daily rate that is determined by the client, with all services included in that rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to introduce the client to our expertise and background, find out what the client wants to create, then we make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our organization has at least a Bachelor's degree in a communications field, and has experience with Sinclair Broadcast Company's Good Day Columbus as well as companies like Lyon Video, Time Warner Sports, Univision, and Mills James Productions.
