- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your specific project. Each properties windows are different in many ways including how many, size, and style present different levels of difficulty in cleaning, and what is cleaned (i.e. glass, tracks, screens, storm windows, etc.). Each quote is specific to the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple, call or text first to see if I'm the right fit for your project. Send me a few photos of your windows from the outside. Give me a total count of windows you would like cleaned as well as how you would like them cleaned (inside, outside, screens, tracks, etc.). I'll give you an estimate. If you like the price, you'll be placed on the schedule at a time that works for you. The estimate is not a quote. The final price will be determined before work begins. Sometimes things changed based on the in person visit, but you will be notified before work begins or continues so you don't get blind-sided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent quite some time perfecting my technique and learning from the best in the business. Having said that, I am growing and occasionally encounter obstacles I am not capable of handling. This is also why I ask that you call and discuss your project before I offer an estimate. I want to know I'm the right fit for you. If I'm not, I can often refer you to the right company.
