Standard pricing is $65/ per hour for one on one training. I also have 45/Minute sessions at $45 and 1/2 Hour sessions at $35. There are no gym fees or contracts depending on where you train. We also have boot camps and group training that can be a little more affordable for those who wish to have fun with friends or would like to meet new people! My pricing includes nutritional guidance with any one of my programming you choose. In addition, fitness assessments along the way so you can see your progress. I offer sustainable programs so that no matter how long you are with me you will have the tools to succeed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is getting to know the client and finding out about their goals. I like to find out if working with a client is a good fit for both involved. Most importantly, once we feel it is a good fit I continue with any medical and or health issues so that we create a safe and exciting workout. The next step is YOU! When you make a commitment I am there every step of the way.
