I provide not only fitness training but nutritional guidance that helps keep my clients accountable for their choices. I educate my clients on the importance of total wellness. Every client is different so my programs are tailored specifically to each individual client. Workouts are fun and exciting and I am always changing it up to leave my clients wanting more whether it is strength gains, weight loss, boxing and more! It is up to you whether you dare to be challenged. I enjoy helping people reach their goals whether it is just feeling better about themselves to achieving weight loss goals, increased strength, disease prevention and or sense of empowerment. I am rewarded everyday when clients thank me for helping them reach their goals.

Prior to coming to Fitness Resources I performed a weeks worth of research on gyms, trainers, and costs. I stumbled upon FR in one of my Google searches and found that it was right in my backyard. And Fitness Resources, hands down, offers the best rates on personal training in my area. I have been working with Christine for six weeks and I couldn't have asked for a better partner on my journey to healthier living. The education she provides is invaluable. I came to Fitness Resources to gain strength, muscle, and endurance. After just twelve 1-hour sessions, I have gained more strength & muscle, and have more definition, than I had when I served in the military. If you're looking for a fun, tailored workout that changes almost every session, then Fitness Resources is the place for you. The trainers are friendly, educated, and motivated. They provide you with the education you need for continued success, both, in and out of the gym through exercise techniques, and nutrition education.

I work out with Christine 2 days a week. She mixes up the work-outs so they are never the same. She pays attention to my form to make sure I am doing the movements right. She challenges me and somehow gets me to do things I would never do on my own and then I feel good about it when we are done. Not only does Christine work on the fitness she also works on my eating. She has taught my ways to eat better and that it's okay to "cheat" once in a while. When I started my goal was to feel better, be more active and loose 100 lbs. I now certainly feel better. Not only am I working out twice a week, but I also do activities in the evenings to keep me active. And the best part is I am well over half-way to my goal of losing 100 lbs. No matter what your goal is, I would 100% recommend Christine to everyone!!!

Working out with Christine has greatly improved my life! When I started working out with her, I had really bad back and shoulder pain. She tailored my workouts to help me where I am weakest, and four months later, I am virtually pain free! I can do things now that I haven't been able to do in years (like sit on bleachers for hours to watch my son's soccer games)! What I love most about Christine is her holistic approach to wellness. It isn't just about working out and pumping iron. She wants to help you make changes to improve your whole life! By giving her a journal of what my family ate for 3 days, she helped me see where we could improve our eating and even made suggestions for what we could have for meals/snacks! Because of these changes we've made, I feel better than I have in my whole life! I have had bad digestive issues for as long as I can remember, and that is completely gone now! I honestly feel like a new woman, thanks to Christine. Christine is great at encouraging you where you are at as well, wherever you fall in the spectrum of wellness and health. Being around her makes me want to be healthy. Her enthusiasm is infectious!

I worked with Christine a few years back and found her to be knowledgeable, well organized, and motivational. Due circumstance changes on both ends, I wasn't able to train with her or at all for a few years, Given the opportunity to train with her again, I jumped on it a few weeks back. Christine is all that I remembered -- and now even more knowledgeable and well rounded in her strategy. She keeps workouts interesting and challenging. I look forward to our sessions and know there is a plan of attack to get me to my best.
