Door Repair

I had new carpet installed and then ended up with 6 closet doors that would not clear the carpet. On top of that, the doors were hollow-core. Bryan took off about 1/2 in. from the bottom of each door and hung them back up. My garage was neat as a pin when he left and the sliding doors on the track now actually glide open instead of sliding with some force. Bryan was punctual and the total cost ended up being less than his initial estimate.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price is $50 per hour for a crew of two. Some contractors charge as much as $150 per hour. I believe if you charge a fair price and meet and exceed the customer’s expectations then you have a trusted long term relationship between the customer and the contractor.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If it’s a simple job for example replacing a outlet I contact the customer we agree on price, time and date and I go and complete the work. If it’s a big job then usually I meet with the customer and go over all the details before the work begins making sure all there needs and expectations are met.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I utilized my father and my grandfather’s years of experience when I first started out and I also worked for a couple of very successful contractors.
