I was very pleased with Nate who repaired my washer. Very friendly and knowledgeable. While he was here asked him about my stove burner which was not working. He resolved the problem and that is going to be repaired by ProTec this week. Will use again in the future if needed.

I have an LG refrigerator that wasn’t making ice so I called Protec. They set up an appointing the next day between 10-2. They called prior to arriving which I like since I am a widow. Drew was very courteous and professional. Prior to the repair they gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. They fixed it the same day as they had the replacement part in stock. I was very impressed with the company and will definitely use them again.

We’ve used Pro-Tec on both warranty claims and non-warranty service and had a great experience on both sides! They made dealing with the manufacturer seamless and kept us in the loop along the way.
