Rod was chosen from five bidders, all of whom were close in their estimates. Unlike the others, he initially mentioned renovation options ( both interior and exterior ) that had not been considered in the planning. No one else "thought outside the box". This was a complete renovation of a house to prepare it for sale: new flooring throughout, new padding and carpeting throughout, much repair work of damaged wood and walls, a wood-burning fireplace rehab; installation of new vanities, sinks, mirrors, med. cabinets and accessories, 5 new ceiling fans, power washing, painting shutters and repair and painting of storage shed, caulking around foundation, installation of all new interior and exterior doors. You can see that the job was all-encompassing and Rod was up to the task and did some unique repairs along the way. The only two detours included four dead electrical outlets that still need to be repaired by an electrician and the time frame ran more than 3 and 1/2 months. If you are willing to be patient, Rod will do a bang-up job for you. He would text pictures of items for my approval before he would make a purchase. He provided me with a receipt for everything that was required for the job. This was an $11,000+ investment, but the new owner is not going to have any headaches once they move in. I hope to hire Rod again for work at my own residence and would comfortably make a referral to anyone in need of his services.

This was a big project. We live in a ranch house with cathedral ceilings in living room. We contracted for painting of: Ceilings in LR, DR, kitchen, hallway to guest room, hallway going downstairs. Walls painted were LR, both hallways and kitchen. Not the DR because wallpapered. Wallpaper in kitchen below the chair rail was removed too and a border in the LR. Also, 11 doors were painted, the side shown, not inside. He also patched a hole in the front steel door and painted that and the wood around the garage and front threshold at No Charge. However, the wood trim will most likely need to be redone next Summer properly; sanding first then painted, but for the quick coverup was good. He buys his paint from Sherwin Williams at contractor pricing at $40 a can and we had to pay $494 in materials. I asked for all left over paint and a drop cloth that we paid for. I also asked for the receipts too. They started on a Tuesday and concluded by Thursday afternoon which pleasantly surprised us. Our last professional job was done in a week but they were much slower. In our last professional paint job, we bought Behr paint at Home Depot, 5 gallons of the same color. No ceilings were done then. I think that paint bought 12 years ago was $89? Mike likes Sherwin Williams and I'm glad they are a Cleveland company, but we'll see how it stands up in the next 10 years. We are a Behr paint family. The finish of the paint is supposed to be washable but it feels more flat but it isn't. We have two messy English Springers too. Always wear and tear in the home. We did have a choice to use Behr as well but went with his professional recommendation. The paint job was excellent and the reason I gave a 4 star versus 5 was because from the clean up sanding dust from patching nail holes and other larger holes. I had to clean all the chair rails and baseboards and little flicks of paint all over the wood floors and other floors. Just flicked them off with my nail. I just had carpets cleaned before they came and his helpers would walk over the hallway carpet without a runner on the carpet. I was freaking out a little and had to ask them to put down a drop cloth. They moved a curio cabinet, again not Mike, but his helper, and it got gouged on the bottom. I will do the touch up myself with stain. The paint on the ceilings, the walls and the doors were excellent. Mike caulked the window he painted too. So overall, it would be 4-1/2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if that was an available choice. I would hire again.

I asked him to replace some shingles on my roof. He went above & beyond my expectations, cleaned the gutters, checked over the rest of the roof caulking anything that looked like it needed it.

Triple Crown did my kitchen and they did a terrific job. I have never been so happy with a contractor before! They were punctual and finished the project in the time I had expected. Above all else, the quality of the finished product was beautiful. You can tell they know what they're doing. I would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs!

John has done work for us in the past, and we were so glad to find him on Thumbtack again. He put in a new bathroom cabinet, sink, faucet , and flooring for us, as well as an additional faucet in the kitchen. He is a great guy who does great work, and will go above and beyond to see that you are happy. Look forward to using him again in the next couple weeks for some new lattice outside. We had a shower leak that damaged the ceiling in the kitchen. Jack was able to stop the leak in the shower due to bad grout/caulk. The ceiling needed to be patched, re textured and repainted. The damaged areas are now perfectly matched to the rest of the ceiling. Jack was very professional and organized. He took the time to protect the floors and furniture and clean up was 100%. Highly recommended!

I needed some fairly major patchwork and painting. Both chores were well done in a tidy and timely way. Millard is easy to work with and did what we needed, just like we asked, and finished when he said he would. Very professional. I already recommended Fenix to a friend!

My windows are lovely, and I didn't pay an arm and a leg. Elliott and Clayton did a fantastic job. A++. I was surprised how great they worked together to get the job done. I have had many people ask me who did my windows. The metal work they did on the outside is beautiful. Elliott is an artist with the caulking. Would hire again.

Great Company With Workers who actually care about their work. I wish i would have just hired them instead of a one man band to re caulk all the windows and my drive way the first time, would have saved money and time. Its like the old saying goes - You Get what you pay for. i would recommend them to anyone, Great Job!!!!!!!
