Jordan came out the day I contacted him. He had to reinstall windows 7 as it had crashed. The work took ~ 2.5 hours. He saved my important documents to a flash drive I had before removing the system.. He kept a calm demeanor the entire time he was here.

Jordan did work for me at the home of my elderly parents in Ohio while I was hundreds of miles away in Texas. He performed all the needed work, answered their questions patiently and returned to correct a miscommunication by my dad. He is trustworthy and helpful. I highly recommend his company.
