- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my time, minimal travel, and any materials I may need to complete the project. I will consult with you prior to working beyond the scope of my estimate. I request 30% down to begin, 30% when half done, and 40% when completed if it's a multi day project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If your project has a creative or artistic element, I prefer to talk about it in person before starting. For straight forward projects, I will still want guidance on your expectations and then I can work on my own. If at any time you want to check in, I am open to suggestions. It's YOUR project and I am here to help You. 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lived and learned and consult regularly with my elders who know all the tricks of the trade. I am best with small to medium size projects, indoors or out.
