Introduction: There are many things I like about my job-from the flexibility that it affords me as a business owner to the challenge of being a business owner and being my own boss. However, I think what I like most about my job is the pride in knowing that the work that I do is helping my customers, that there is a one-to-one correlation between my work and my customers satisfaction with the work that I do. Moreover, that whether the job is done satisfactorily is entirely, 100% up to me and not being constrained by, or dictated by a higher up who may not care how the job is done the way that I do.
