Introduction: Hi! I'm Robin from GRAHAM MUSIC STUDIO. I offer private music lessons via Zoom which include voice, piano, composition, recording technique, audition preparation and also offer artist development. Although Thumbtack doesn't "offer" music theory remotely, if interested, just let me know. We'll do lessons remotely. I've co-produced, written and performed three CDs and received college and commercial airplay throughout the country. My first CD, Into The Dark Rains has a beautiful home in the local archives of the famous Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio! Years of experience in the professional performance, recording and composition arenas set my studio apart from most you'll find. You'll enjoy expertise in teaching which will build confidence and great technique that will last a lifetime. You will start enjoying your instrument quickly! Our lessons cover everyone from beginning to advanced-level students and I also welcome musicians in bands of any kind. Robin was very quick to make make me feel at ease and comfortable singing. I was extremely apprehensive about taking vocal lessons at first, as I have never really sang in front of others, but she made those fears diminish almost immediately! She is extremely kind, professional, and overall just a wonderful teacher. I am looking forward to the many lessons to come with Robin!

Adrian my grandson never received any encouragement about his voice he was overlooked at school plays and his self esteem was dropping to a point he ask me could he sing. I decided not to answer that question and enrolled him into Robins classes to answer that question honestly after the first class we were welcomed; his self esteem was lifted he began to take notes 'listen like a school class and now he's presently waiting to audition for a music arts school thanks Robin for being honest to him and taking time to find his hidden inner desire grandpa Reginald Young

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the student and length of lessons. Typically, my fees are from $20 per 1/2 hour to $50 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential student contacts me and we discuss desires and goals with regard to lessons and we go from there, scheduling-wise and set up a lesson. At that time, we discuss student's specific interests and is introduced to the appropriate lesson book, if needed. Also, we discuss home studio policies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I double-majored in Music Composition and Art. I have been a professional musician since age 15 and with my band, THE TRADE (front-woman and writer), received commercial airplay, toured and also appeared on the famous Mitch Albom show and various other talk shows. Also, I've been teaching piano, voice and composition for over 15 years.
