Latest Review: Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!

Latest Review: The most important difference I really appreciated about Kimberly's approach to personal training was the extensive initial personal assessment. I never experienced this important step with previous trainers over the years. She also took note of my strong interest in diet and nutrition and offered a number of valuable suggestions not the least of which was the "Forks Over Knives Plan". As a senior with certain "wear and tear" issues, I anticipated limited progress. I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement in muscle tone, strength gains and conversion from fat to muscle resulting from Kimberly's customized regimen. The fact that I find Kimberly to be a beautiful person, both inside and out, is the icing on the cake. I have personally recommended Kimberly to many of my friends and associates who would benefit from her special approach to overall fitness and the resulting longevity potential.

Latest Review: I'm doing the one-on-one personal training. Virgil is very motivated and knowledgeable. The exercises are fun and challenging. He understands what my goals are and the exercises are targeting those areas. Nice and clean facility. I would recommend Virgil to anyone who wants to get in shape and get toned up.

Latest Review: In high school I realized I had gained some extra weight and was not as quick and athletic as I am now. I started to gain more weight over my freshman year of college and I wasn't performing in basketball the way I used to. As the summer came around I knew I needed a change and Eric was the exact change I was looking for. I weight 203 pounds while actively playing sports. Eric started me off with an informational session about the workouts and nutrition and how much changing my eating would benefit me. He gave me the motivation I needed to get started during our 30 minute sessions. But then towards the end of the summer I was able to handle 45-60 minute sessions. I felt stronger and faster than I had in a long time. He also had me keep a food log and looked at it every two weeks or so, showing me what I could be doing better and how to change it. He also was willing to help me over the phone and give me answers about nutrition whenever I had a question. His workouts got me in shape and sculpted me a new and lighter body. His workouts prepared me for athletics and propelled me to stay fit throughout the college years. I also preferred his workouts over my basketball workouts since everything was more dynamic and a total body workout. I now weigh 162 pounds with a better build and smaller waist than I've ever had, and I have Eric to thank for that!!

Latest Review: I've been working with Keith for both training and nutrition coaching for over a year. The training programs are well designed and consistently challenge me while ensuring that my weaknesses are being addressed. He is also a technician and does a great job cuing while I'm training. Keith has developed a solid nutrition plan for me and communicates suggestions in a low key manner that helps to guide me to better choices. Latest Review: For someone like myself, -who had never tried personal training before and had not been real interested in it-Joe made the experience fun and inviting. He spends a lot of time tailoring the routine to you (what you want to accomplish, how intense you want to be) and he also factors in extra inputs such as prior injuries, nutrition, etc. Joe was always in touch and would follow up regularly with me on my progress outside of the gym. Joe is very knowledgeable on fitness, nutrition and beyond. He was able to fit in some extra exercises that supported a specific treatment i was going through with my doctor as well. He is a great resource. I was very happy with my experience!
