Beware of this company ! I regret signing a contract from day one. On September, 25,2018 . I was told in the contract the work would start 10/15/2018 and end 10/22/2018. I had my electrition on 10/12/2018 remove the electric meter from the side of the house ,only to be held up by rope .You would think this company would inform you that they would not be able to start the job. Two weeks went by, so I call this company and leave a message asking when my job was going to get started . Finally I hear back from someone. After giving $2,900 as a 10 percent downpayment, I had to give another $12,115.80 on November 28,2018 for what was called a pre-construction walk thru. After getting other estimates from other companies thinking my job was not going to happen, I learned how I was overcharged for this job. This job should have cost $23300.00 not $$29824.00 The job finally got started on November 30,2018 . That first day was started at around 10:00 am . They worked for about 3 hrs. Tore off a little bit of old wood siding. The whole month of December was like that. December was a mild month. Days that were good no one showed up. The owner George showed up again on December 12,2018 to collect a other $12,115.80. So by then I had paid almost $27000.00 for a job that wasn't even one third of the way done. I had a crew of two people working on the job. I eventually found evidence, which I took pictures of a beer can and vodka bottle in the debris pile in my back yard. Debris pile always was there throughout the siding job. Cigarette buts were always thrown on the job site. The workmanship is poor. After finally getting to a walk through sometime in February late in the month. There were a few things that were supposed to be taken care of but were not ,I went around and around with the owner George about getting them fixed. To this day, August 14th 2019 they are not fixed. Unfinished caulking , facia that needs to be fixed , and two front porch railings. I am a retired U. S. Army veteran. I am retired living on a fixed income, and to be treated like this is wrong. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS,NO ONE!! I have PTSD from dealing with this company. It's been a nightmare no one should go through. So I am putting my story out there for people to see. Take my word Do not hire this Company. Poor Customer service ,poor quality workmanship and communication and follow up on getting things done. On a scale of 1-5, I give this company a 0. F rating.

Dale, I'm very sorry that you feel this way about our services. It seems that there was a fair amount of miscommunication on our part, which we do take responsibility for. As for the bottles you discovered, we strongly discourage consuming alcohol while on duty, so I'm not entirely certain what occurred in that instance. George and his team installed a beautiful cathedral Four Seasons Sunroom and its our favorite room in the house. The kids LOVE it and we are in the room every day. I highly recommended Buckeye and Four Seasons sunrooms.

Good honest local company. Uses quality product. I used them for my roof and gutters and gutter protection and they did a fantastic job for a very fair price and then registered my warranties and mailed them to me

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We first start with an initial consultation to give the customer an opportunity to meet us get to know the company and who we are during that initial consultation we offer a free no obligation quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer decides to move forward with us we schedule an appointment with our installation manager who will take 2nd round measurements which we use to order material, he will also put you on the schedule for installation. Once we receive your product we schedule the installation appointment, once installation is complete we schedule the final appointment to guarantee customer satisfaction after every job completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received extensive training on our Owens Corning Roofing System and have been licensed and insured as required by state and local laws.
