- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We most commonly help our clients recover from water and mold damage though we are equipped to handle restoration claims such as fire loss, odor removal, hoarding, and duct cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking them step by step through the process and explain what it is that needs to be done and why as well. Making sure I know the concerns of the customer and making sure this process runs as smoothly and painless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an IICRC technician you are required by the organization to attend CEC throughout the year to continue to have a valid certification. All of our employees remain accredited and educated into new certifications to broaden their skills and capabilities to provide a better service.
