Introduction: We have been in business for 19 years and counting. We have helped hundreds of people achieve a better version of themselves. One of the reasons that I feel we've been so successful is not only helping our clients achieve their results, but we charge under industry average for fees and we don't do contracts or pricey session packages like many of the other large chain gyms. This success has caused us to expanded our location four times due to the increase in clientele. Our current location is a fully operational fitness facility that is only open to private one-on-one personal training or small group training.
