Latest Review: I started training with Brad in January, 2017 right before my 54th birthday. In the last year and a half, I have gone from tipping the scales at 248 pounds down to 180. I was wearing 40 inch waist slacks with a rather large 48 inch belly down to comfortably fitting in size 32s. I struggled benching 60 pounds with a barbell. I can now press a 60 pound dumbbell with one arm. My goals for this year are to reveal that elusive 6 pack and bench press my weight. Don't let your age, your weight, low testosterone levels or any other excuse stop you from setting your goals and achieving them. With a full commitment from nutrition to working out, you can achieve them. It wasn't easy and there were detours along the way from vacations to holidays, but Brad got me back on track again.
