- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for motivational speaking while there is a base range is factored by the amount of time to prepare, the amount of time to present and travel and time away from home if applicable. Travel expenses and accommodations should be provided and are separate from the cost of speaking. For public speaking, cost can be impacted by the depth of preparation and information required to prepare the customer for their event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If this is for motivational speaking we will determine the timeframe and discuss the needs and end result that is desired. Once this information has been determined, I will create/customize a presentation to fit those needs. Initially, I will need to have a consultation with the customer to determine the needs and timeframe. Once this is established an outline can be provided with the number of sessions and start date if it's for public speaking.
