- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case requires a thorough analysis, since each case is different. I offer a free consultation, reasonable fees (hourly rates and flat fees) and payment plans. I have been representing individuals for 25 years so I understand the legal system. I try to offer payment plans whenever I can based upon the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to learn as much about my client and the case as I can. I believe that good communication is key to a successful result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my law degree from The University of Dayton in 1991. I have been in private practice for 25 years and I am a well respected, successful trial attorney. I served as a Magistrate for almost 10 years. I was given the American Jurisprudence Award in law school; Appointed Counsel Award from the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court; listed in Who's Who in American Law; invited into the prestigious National Trial Lawyers Top 100; received the Top 10 Attorney Award from the OACDA; accepted into the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association; member of the Dayton Bar Association. I am licensed in state and federal court, and I have handled numerous high profile cases. I have been interviewed by local and national media. I am rated 10 by AVVO.com which is the highest rating for attorneys, and rated A+ by the BBB.
