Absolutely rewarding. After trying two weight loss programs, and self education for exercise, I knew the only way to loose weight was to have a trainer. Trent, at Phoenix Fitness, pushes your performance and makes you accountable for doing each exercise right. More importantly, we used the first few lessons to learn what my body is capable of. Know that hiring a trainer is a life changing decision which is well worth it. Each week I get compliments of my progress and look forward to the next session.

I been working with Trent for a little over a month now and have seen positive results. His approach to working with me during my rehab for broken ribs has enabled me to start improving my cardio as well as provide me with added flexibility. I'm looking foreword to meeting my goals working with Trent. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to improve their physical condition.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a new client the first step is getting an appointment scheduled to go over their goals and complete an assessment test. This gives me an idea of what the client wants to achieve, where they are physically and most importantly if we would work together. After the assessment I take the information and data gathered and create a customer workout on a week by week basis. This allows me to adjust each workout accordingly.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelors degree in psychology. Along with that I took two years of nursing school which covered all the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I am also a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which is a highly recognized program.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with a lot of retired military veterans. Many of my clients have extensive medical history or problems.
