- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client the first step is getting an appointment scheduled to go over their goals and complete an assessment test. This gives me an idea of what the client wants to achieve, where they are physically and most importantly if we would work together. After the assessment I take the information and data gathered and create a customer workout on a week by week basis. This allows me to adjust each workout accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in psychology. Along with that I took two years of nursing school which covered all the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I am also a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which is a highly recognized program.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a lot of retired military veterans. Many of my clients have extensive medical history or problems.
