FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College certainly helped with staying abreast, and I am sure graduate school with only further that experience. However, I have found that my best tool for photography trends and developments is the good old internet! It is imperative to network with photographers who are more seasoned than yourself, otherwise, you will not grow.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I entered grade school, I used to steal my mother's camera (as well as get into a lot of trouble!) to take pictures of anything and everything. She eventually gave in and got me my own 35mm point-and-shoot. After that point, I always had a camera - film or still. I graduated high school and started college in 2008 to receive my degree in Motion Picture. I have made cameras a part of my life and purpose in life. This decision, I will never regret.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am most well known for formal portrait photography in non-traditional settings.
